According to the investigation, he broke windows in the building of the Vyborgsky district military enlistment office and wrote on the walls "No to War", "Stop Killing" and "How Much Killing Is Enough". Mironov was previously fined under the administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces (Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences): as OVD-Info was informed by the Joint Press Office of the courts of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, this happened on 31 October.

Full summary
Postgraduate student of the Alferov Academic University. In February 2023, he was taken into custody in a case of hooliganism and discrediting the army because of broken windows in the building of the military registration and enlistment office and anti-war inscriptions on the walls. At first it was reported that Mironov was charged with repeated discrediting of the army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code), but later it became known that he was charged with discrediting the army with causing damage (part 2 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). On 12 July 2024, Mironov was sentenced to four years in a general regime penal colony. On 11 February 2025, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by eight months. On 2 July 2025, Mironov was released from the penal colony.
