Case summary
A resident of Chita. He was accused of insulting the religious feelings of believers for publishing a video on social media showing him lighting a cigarette from a candle in church. On 9 March 2021, he was sentenced to 120 hours of community service. On 1 December 2021, Miroshnikov was detained in Moscow and taken into custody because he had not served his sentence.
