This case is based on online comments insulting ethnic Russians initiated in July 2012; two searches of Moseev's home, seizure of his computer and the laptops of his wife and child; charged on 10 October with incitement to hatred or hostility on ethnic grounds; court proceedings began in November; on 14 December Moseev was added by Rosfinmonitoring to the list of organisations and individuals with respect to whom there is information about their involvement in extremist activity or terrorism, his accounts in Russian banks were blocked, and his new account was opened.
