From the press release on the court's website it follows that after the beginning of the war he left the military unit unauthorisedly and began to live on the territory of Crimea. "At the court hearing, the defendant pleaded guilty to the offence and motivated his actions by the fact that he did not want to participate in a special military operation and undergo military service," the court's press service wrote.
