According to the investigation, on 12 August 2024, with an AK-74 assault rifle, a portable anti-tank missile system "Javelin" and an explosive device, illegally crossed the state border of the Russian Federation. On the territory of the Sujansky and Korenevsky districts of the Kursk region, he intimidated and frightened the local population, occupied private households at gunpoint, prohibited the movement of civilians, and repeatedly opened fire to kill both Russian servicemen and civilians.

Full summary
Ukrainian serviceman, participant of the invasion of Kursk region. On 11 September 2024, he was captured. A case was opened against him for participation in the commission of a terrorist act, by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, which caused grave consequences. According to the investigation, Nechiporuk and two other Ukrainian military officers intimidated civilians, forbade them to move and shot at them. On 6 February 2025, he was sentenced to 16 years in a strict regime colony.
