Case summary
Resident of the city of Kirov, Kaluga Region. In February 2023, it became known that a case was initiated against him for incitement to terrorism and extremism. According to the investigation, he called for terrorist attacks and violence against "persons authorised to conduct a mobilisation campaign". In a video recorded by law enforcers after his detention, Nefedov said that he repented for the crime he had committed under the "influence of Ukrainian propaganda".
