According to the investigation, they transferred money to payment details in the interests of the AFU to purchase kamikaze drones, ammunition and military equipment for the purpose of their use against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The NIA-Tomsk report without any comments included a screenshot of some correspondence in which one of the interlocutors suggests to the other to tell that he thought the money was being transferred for a humanitarian fund to help children in Donbass.
