According to the investigation, in September 2022, he wrote a text on the "ZI - Evil Izhevchanin" public page on VKontakte, in which he "encouraged subscribers to encroach on the life of a statesman - the Head of the Republic of Dagestan." Probably, this is about the comment under the video published on the public page on 29 September 2022. In the video, the head of Dagestan Sergey Melikov reacted emotionally to the news that cars were travelling around Derbent and on the loudspeaker called on all male citizens to come to the military enlistment office. The comment was allegedly written by a user with the nickname Li-Alibek Alibek. It says: "Shoot the hell out of him there is a devil sitting there."
