Case summary
Resident of Omsk. In July 2025, he was detained in a case of justification of terrorism because of comments about Ruslan Zinin, who in the first days of mobilisation in 2022 came to the military recruitment office in Ust-Ilimsk and wounded an army officer with a rifle. Zinin later said that he wanted to prevent the mobilisation of his younger brother.
