According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in April and May 2023, the suspect posted comments of a destructive nature in one of the communities on the social network: statements justifying terrorist activities and encouraging others to carry out terrorist and extremist activities. The FSB claims that the man posted information materials on the Internet, in which there were calls to carry out terrorist and extremist activities on ethnic grounds, as well as an encroach on the life of representatives of state authorities.
