Case summary
Administrator of the "NATSDEM" Telegram channel. On 18 March 2024, he was detained in the Arkhangelsk region, transported to the Moscow region and placed in custody the same day in a case of incitement to hatred on national grounds. Later it became known that he was also accused of calls for extremism and organising the activities of an extremist organisation. Associates believe that the real reason for the prosecution was the anti-war stance of the channel. On 6 October 2025, Nikulenkov was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime penal colony.
