Case summary
Administrator of the NATSDEM Telegram channel, known as Kesha. On 15 March 2024, detained and sent under house arrest in a case of incitement to hatred on ethnic grounds. 19 April 2024 detained, allegedly on charges of escape, and taken into custody. In January 2025, it became known that Paramoshin was charged with new charges - calls to extremism, creation of an extremist community and involvement of minors in criminal activities. On 6 October 2025, Paramoshin was sentenced to eight years in a general regime penal colony; the court acquitted him on the article on the involvement of minors.
