According to the investigation, he posted "publications about unprofessional actions of the Director of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and its employees", "with hatred towards the employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia". The posts contained calls "to commit an offence motivated by hatred or enmity against a group of persons singled out on the basis of social affiliation (employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia)".
