Case summary
Resident of Energodar (Zaporizhzhya region of Ukraine). On 20 August 2025, the Investigative Committee reported that a case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community due to the fact that he had served in the Donbass battalion since 2018. He was taken into custody. The IC also published a video in which the Ukrainian says that he served from 2017 to 2020 and used weapons against civilians. Later it became known that a case was also opened against him for undergoing training for terrorist activities. No later than March 2026 Nosenko was sentenced to 19 years in a strict regime colony.
