According to the investigation, in 2018, he voluntarily joined a terrorist community, which is a stable group of persons united in advance to carry out terrorist activities in the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic. Between 2018 and 2019, while in the village of Novozvanovka of the LNR, the suspect received uniforms, combat firearms and distinctive signs. Performed duties to ensure a pass regime at the LNR checkpoints and other functions facilitating the activities of the terrorist community. Did not take measures to inform the authorities in a timely manner about his participation in the community and did not contribute to solving the crime or identifying other participants until his unlawful activities were stopped by law enforcement officers.

Full summary
Resident of Energodar (Zaporizhzhya region of Ukraine). On 20 August 2025, the Investigative Committee reported that a case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community due to the fact that he had served in the Donbass battalion since 2018. He was taken into custody. The IC also published a video in which the Ukrainian says that he served from 2017 to 2020 and used weapons against civilians. Later it became known that a case was also opened against him for undergoing training for terrorist activities. No later than March 2026 Nosenko was sentenced to 19 years in a strict regime colony.
