Case summary
Resident of Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk region. A case of justification of terrorism was opened against him because of a conversation in the medical unit in Krasnoyarsk IK-6 with other convicts about the Ukrainian military attack on the Crimean bridge.
On 17 September 2025, the court sentenced him to four years and one month of imprisonment, of which he must spend the first two years in prison and the remaining term in a strict regime colony.
The sentence was imposed taking into account the sentence handed down to Novosadov in October 2020. At that time, he received five and a half years in a colony on the case of depraved actions (this charge we do not consider politically motivated).
