According to the investigation, "between November 2022 and March 2023," in line with her assigned role in the extremist community, she "carried out her criminal activity by filming videos, which were then posted online by unidentified persons, including on the YouTube channel ‘Navalny LIVE’ and the ‘Team Navalny’ channel on the social network Telegram." Additionally, "between 5 December 2022 and 22 February 2023," "with the aim of discrediting the authorities, she conducted surveys of people in public places in Moscow and the Moscow region, using video recording and asking provocative questions." For carrying out the instructions of Ivan Zhdanov, Nina Volokhonskaya, "and other unidentified leaders and members of the extremist community, within the framework of this joint extremist activity, as well as for expenses incurred in its execution," she received "money and cryptocurrency from unidentified members of the extremist community and other persons involved in the activities of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK)."

Full summary
A student at the Department of Contemporary Art at the HSE School of Design. On 27 July 2023, she was detained and placed under house arrest as part of a case concerning alleged participation in an extremist organisation. TV propagandist Vladimir Solovyov claimed that Olekhnovich and her fellow student, Ivan Trofimov, were activists with ‘Navalny’s underground headquarters’ and were ‘helping the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK)’.
In August 2023, the decision to place Olekhnovich under house arrest was overturned and she was taken into custody.
It was later reported that the charge had been reclassified from participating in the activities of an extremist organisation to participating in an extremist community.
On 14 March 2024, Olekhnovich was sentenced to three and a half years in a general-regime penal colony.
In December 2025, it became known that Olekhnovich had been released from the colony.
