Through his comments, Orlov called for "death towards a group of persons headed by a person who corresponds with the president of the Russian Federation". Among Orlov's statements: "Dear Russians ...it is enough to tolerate this [nonsense]...and mass executions of all scum from United Russia and the Federation Council, the State Duma, ministers, all TV workers, deputies of all factions, their wives, mistresses, grandchildren - all as enemies of the people. Everything that was stolen - to the treasury. All car fleets - for the needs of the city, for the purchase of ambulances, firetrucks, snowploughs, to help agriculture, for the development of villages"; "When drones fly to Kiev - it's a special operation, when they fly to Moscow - it's war.
