Case summary
A resident of Syktyvkar, an employee of the Pension Fund. A case was initiated against him for calls to terrorism due to aggressive statements about representatives of the authorities. In November 2024, the case went to court. On 20 December Orlov was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony. In April 2025, it became known from Orlov's letter that he was sent to a punishment cell for 15 days because of a joke: while reporting to a SIZO officer, he said: "Putin is on duty in the cell".
