Case summary

He is a Ukrainian serviceman. Presumably, after being captured, he was kept in a specially established camp for prisoners of war on the territory of the colony in the village of Udarny in Mordovia. After their release, former prisoners of this camp told journalists about cruel systematic torture to which the Ukrainians were subjected. Ostapchuk was prosecuted for participation in the activities of a terrorist community for his involvement in the activities of the Azov Brigade. On 30 September 2025, he was sentenced, details are unknown.
