Case summary
Resident of Myskov (Kemerovo Region). In 2022 was noted in the school director's report as aggressive. He was sent to a temporary detention centre for juvenile offenders. On 25 December 2025, Pakhomov was taken into custody on charges of calling for terrorism in connection with calls for armed protests against the authorities. In February 2026, the young man was allegedly the second person in the Russian Federation to be fined under the administrative article on the search for extremist materials (Article 13.53 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
