In the court's opinion, having a hostile attitude towards representatives of the State power of the Russian Federation and a negative attitude towards the State's special military operation in Ukraine, supporting the actions of the armed forces of Ukraine, as well as unidentified persons whose activities are aimed at intimidating the population of the Russian Federation, being an adherent of the ideology of the use of violence, acting deliberately, on grounds of hatred and enmity towards representatives of the State power of the Russian Federation, as well as with the aim of publicly justifying the use of violence against the Russian Federation, and with the aim of publicly justifying the military operation in Ukraine. The reason for the case was two comments. In one of them, the author rejoices at the advance of the Ukrainian army in the Kursk region, and in the other he asks: "When will they blow up the bridge? It's time to liberate Crimea! For me, it has always been Ukrainian. While they are taking aim, they are hitting the bases".

Full summary
He is a resident of St. Petersburg. In April 2025, he was detained by members of the “Russian Community” activist group, who then handed Parr over to law enforcement officers. He was taken into custody on charges of publicly justifying terrorism. According to those close to him, the basis for the charges was his anti-Russian and anti-government posts. His VKontakte page contains several posts with harsh statements against the war and Putin, including expressions of approval for the incursion into the Kursk region. It is unknown which specific posts led to the prosecution.
Parr was later also charged with inciting extremism.
On 28 January 2026, the court sentenced him to six years in a general-regime penal colony.
