Житель Сыктывкара. 6 июня 2023 года у него прошел обыск в рамках дела о публичном оправдании терроризма, с него взяли подписку о невыезде. 7 декабря 2023 года сыктывкарца приговорили к трем годам колонии общего режима. 11 октября 2023 года Павлюченко оштрафовали на 30 тысяч рублей по статье о дискредитации российской армии (ч. 1 ст. 20.3.3 КоАП), поводом стал комментарий об ударах по гражданской инфраструктуре украинских городов, опубликованный в 2022 году. По словам жены Павлюченко Натальи, у Дмитрия одна почка (вторая удалена по ошибке врачей), ему необходима особая диета; полип в желчном пузыре, есть направление на операцию. Также у Павлюченко постоянные приступы мигрени (теряет сознание), панкреатит и язвенная болезнь.
