According to the investigation, Pertsev, having been brought to administrative responsibility under under article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for participation in the activities of the foreign organisation Limited liability company (SIA) "Medusa Project" (Medusa Project, Republic of Latvia), in respect of which the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation made a decision to declare the organisation's activities undesirable in the territory of the Russian Federation, being outside the Russian Federation, continues to participate in the activities of the said organisation as a correspondent and disseminates information materials on the Internet.
