Case summary
A Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner on 16 May 2022 on the territory of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol. He was charged with participating in the activities of a terrorist organisation and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. On 11 September 2024, he was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime colony.
