Full wording of the charges
The reason for initiating the case was that Pogrebniak had served in a separate special purpose unit "Azov" National Guard of Ukraine as a coppersmith (a specialist working with copper) in the repair company, and from 15 August to 30 November 2016 he underwent training at a camp in the village of Urzuf.

Full summary
A Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner on 16 May 2022 on the territory of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol. He was charged with participating in the activities of a terrorist organisation and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. On 11 September 2024, he was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime colony.
