Case summary
A Ukrainian serviceman. On the 17th of August, 2024, he was taken prisoner in the Kursk region. A case was opened against him for committing a terrorist act. The case file reported, in particular, that he served in a brigade that was engaged in launching drones to the Russian Federation territory. On March 14th, 2025, Pogromsky was sentenced to 16 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
