According to the investigation, "he served in the 61st brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which, among other things, was engaged in UAV strikes against various objects on the territory of the Russian Federation". In early August of 2024, as part of a column of armoured personnel carriers, he invaded the territory of Kursk region and participated in the blockade of Sudzha.
