Case summary

A Ukrainian serviceman. Before the war, he lived in Odessa, worked at a bar, then as a sommelier in a wine shop, and later moved to Mariupol. He was taken prisoner, though the exact time is unknown. On 16 October 2025, Prokopets was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime colony for participation in the activities of a terrorist community due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov Brigade.
