According to the investigation, motivated by political and national hatred, he painted black inscriptions and a drawing of a heart on the facades of the buildings in question, thus desecrating them. This drawing was interpreted as a sign of love and respect for the Ukrainian military and the head of the Ukrainian intelligence service. He also allegedly purchased and stored ammunition at his place of residence.
