According to the "Operative bulletins" Telegram channel, he "called for the division of Russia, rejoiced at the death of our fighters in the Special Military Operation zone and terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine". According to Prus's own words, the reason for the case was his comment in the "Federative Siberia" Telegram channel about the Russian Freedom Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps - units formed of Russian citizens fighting on the side of Ukraine.
