Case summary
He is a resident of Kopeysk and an assembler at Polikhimaero – a company that produces soap, detergents, cleaning and polishing agents. In December 2024, charges of justification of terrorism were brought against him for a comment about the Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC) that he posted in May of the same year in one of the Telegram channels dedicated to the memory of the neo-Nazi Dmitry Borovikov. Raikh wrote: “He communicates like an offended or maybe even downgraded convict, although if he is in the RVC, he should act with the dignity of a warrior. Because over there in the FSB everyone is like that. I’m joking, of course, I’m just a troll.” On 8 September 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 350 thousand rubles.
