In the court's opinion, Redko, having a negative attitude to the special military operation on demilitarisation and denazification of Ukraine being conducted by the Russian Federation, wishing to form a belief among an unlimited number of Internet users about the attractiveness and necessity of supporting the actions of the Ukrainian paramilitary association Legion "Freedom of Russia" that is recognised as a terrorist organisation and banned on the territory of the Russian Federation, during the period of mobilisation announced by Presidential Decree No. 647 of 21 September 2022, while at his place of residence, using a mobile phone he owns, posted public comments on one of the video hosting sites, showing a combination of linguistic and psychological signs of justification and propaganda of the ideology of the mentioned terrorist organisation.

A resident of Kamyshlov, Sverdlovsk region. On 16 June 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 400 thousand rubles in the case of justification of terrorism on the Internet because of comments on one of the video hosting sites in support of the legion "Freedom of Russia" fighting on the side of the AFU. The court's press service described the man as an opponent of the war in Ukraine.
