Case summary
Ivanov resident. A case of discrediting the Armed Forces was brought against him. Later it was reported that Rumyantsev was charged not only with discrediting the Russian army, but also with vandalism motivated by political hatred. The court chose a ban on certain actions as a preventive measure. Later it became known that Rumyantsev died.
