Full wording of the charges
The case was initiated because of the poster "No to War! No to fascism! Putin is a murderer", with which Rumyantsev went to the building of the reception centre of "United Russia". In July, Rumyantsev was fined 30,000 rubles under a similar administrative article (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) for anti-war statements during the procession on 9 May.
