Case summary

A resident of St. Petersburg. He was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism and calls to extremism because of his support for Eric David Harris, who committed the shooting at the Columbine school in the United States. He was placed in custody, then transferred to house arrest. Presumably, the charge of calling for extremism was dropped during the trial. On 16 April 2025, Russkov was sentenced to a fine of 400 thousand rubles, but taking into account the time spent under house arrest, reduced the amount to 300 thousand.
