Case summary
Resident of Novouralsk (Sverdlovsk Region). Served under a contract. A case of incitement to terrorism was brought against him in connection with an aggressive remark against the governor of the Novgorod region, triggered by the anti-Kovid measures proposed by the latter. The comment with the statement "Scum, burn him together with his brood", was made in December 2021, the case was initiated, presumably in 2025. After the case was initiated, Ryumin's contract was terminated. On 31 October 2025, he was sentenced to a fine of 350,000 rubles.
