Full summary
Detained on 19 February 2018 in Chelyabinsk in connection with an action near the local FSB building. Became a suspect in a case of hooliganism. In November she was detained in connection with drawings on a transformer box and a household building, a case of vandalism was opened, but Safonova was not charged. On 16 April 2020, detained in Tula and sent to Chelyabinsk, where the next day the court ordered her to be placed in custody. On 28 July 2020, she was transferred to house arrest. On 11 November, a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions was chosen.
On 10 September 2021, sentenced to two years in a general regime colony, taken into custody in the courtroom. In addition to hooliganism, she was also accused of vandalism, but this charge was dropped by the court due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. On 24 November 2021, the appellate court overturned the verdict, sent the case back to the first instance court for a new trial and replaced the preventive measure with a ban on certain actions. On 19 September 2022, she was sentenced to one year and nine months in a general regime colony. The next day she was detained while trying to cross the Russian-Kazakh border in the Orenburg region. Taken into custody. On 9 December 2022, released due to completion of her sentence.
