Case summary
The FSB reported the detention of fifteen alleged Hizb ut-Tahrir members in Penza, Ufa and Chelyabinsk in July 2021. On 13 July 2021, Ravshan Saliev was added to the terrorist and extremist register of Rosfinmonitoring. On 8 August 2022, he was sentenced to 11 years in a strict regime colony.
