Case summary
A former "Crimea 24" TV channel employee, resigned in January 2022. In the morning of 4 August 2022, as she herself claims, she was searched. The ground for the search was a post concerning the war that was published on a VK page of the TV channel in March. According to the law enforcers, employees of the TV channel testified that the post was published by Samko. She claims that she had been under surveillance since March.
