Case summary

A resident of Mostovskiy — a small settlement in Krasnodar Krai in southern Russia. A case was opened against him on charges of justifying terrorism because he posted comments in support of the "Russian Volunteer Corps". The prosecution noted that Savitskii was publicly opposed to the war in Ukraine.

On 24 November 2025 a court sentenced him to a fine of 350,000 rubles (approximately US$ 4,500).
