Case summary
A resident of Dzerzhinsk (Nizhny Novgorod Region). On 19 April 2023, he was fined 30 thousand rubles under the administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces (Article 20.3.3 of the CAO) and twice one thousand rubles under the article on public demonstration of prohibited symbols (Article 20.3 of the CAO). A criminal case was opened against Shcherba for dissemination of deliberately false information about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On 4 April 2024, a verdict was passed, details are unknown.
