Case summary

Resident of Rostov-on-Don, pianist. 24 March 2021 detained in a vandalism case. Signed a personal recognizance. On 24 October 2022, Selitsky was sentenced to one and a half years of restriction of freedom and compulsory outpatient treatment in a psychiatric hospital. On 5 December, the appeal court reduced the term of restriction of liberty by one month. On 3 August 2023, the court of cassation instance cancelled the verdict and sent the case for a new examination. On 4 October, the court dismissed the case.
