Case summary
Detained on 19 February 2018 in Chelyabinsk in connection with a rally near the local FSB building. He became a suspect in a case of hooliganism, which was later merged with a case of vandalism in connection with drawings on a transformer box and a household building. He said that after his arrest he was tortured.
