Case summary

She studied at St. Petersburg State University. In 2021, Semyonova was the coordinator of Irina Fatyanova's campaign headquarters for the elections to the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg. She studied sociology and was an active participant in various volunteer organisations, social and university projects. On 7 March 2022, Semyonova was searched and detained as part of hooliganism case. On 9 March, the court appointed her a prohibition of certain actions. At the end of March it became known that Semyonova left Russia. On 5 May, the decision on Semyonova's preventive measure (prohibition of certain actions) was cancelled and sent for reconsideration. On 23 June, Semyonova was put on a wanted list.
