Case summary

Turner, a resident of Yekaterinburg. On 5 September 2023, he was searched at his home, his laptop phone and data carriers were seized and he was released on his own recognisance. He was accused of justifying terrorism because of his comment about the murder of military officer Vladlen Tatarsky. He gave a confession to the police. On 10 March 2025, Sergeyev was sentenced to five years and three months in a general regime colony.
