Case summary

11 March 2020, detained after a search. A case was opened for participation in the activity of a terrorist organisation. The next day, the court decided to take Seytumerov into custody. Later, the charge was reclassified as organizing the activities of a terrorist organization. In addition, Seytumerov was accused of preparing for a violent seizure of power. On 29 October 2021, he was sentenced to 17 years' imprisonment in a strict regime penitentiary colony.
