Case summary

A resident of the village of Pashiya (Perm Krai). She was prosecuted for incitement to terrorism because of three comments left on VKontakte, published between October 2022 and March 2023. In one of them she wrote that "it's time to form battalions among the people and kill all this mould that has seized power", in another she called for taking machine guns and marching on the Kremlin, and in the third she also wrote that it was necessary to resist the authorities and create guerrilla groups.

It is not known when exactly a case was brought against the woman. In October 2024, her name appeared on Rosfinmonitoring's list of "terrorists and extremists." On 30 September 2025, the court began hearing her case. On 24 April 2026, Shah was sentenced to five and a half years in a general regime colony.
