Case summary
Colonel of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs. In October 2022, he was put on a wanted list in a case of incitement to hatred. Later it became known that a case of spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces was also initiated against him. On 24 October 2024, Shilov was sentenced in absentia to nine years in prison.
