Case summary

Resident of St Petersburg. In April 2024, he was detained in a case of incitement to terrorism because of a comment mentioning the RDK and the Freedom of Russia Legion, which he posted on Telegram on 26 July 2024. The exact content of the comment is unknown.

Shlenkin was initially placed in custody, but after providing medical documents he was released under restrictions on certain activities. On 28 August 2025, the court sentenced him to three years in a general regime colony.

Shlenkin has a third-degree disability and a neurological condition.
