According to the investigation, from August to September 2024 Sergey Shtyrov donated money to Ukraine through a banking mobile application, "knowing in advance that the funds would be used to purchase equipment, uniforms, means of destruction, medical support, necessary for the AFU and other Ukrainian armed formations to conduct an armed confrontation" against the Russian army.
