In the court's opinion, in May of 2024, the man, while on the territory of a foreign State, posted a publication in the form of a text message in a chat channel of one of the messengers, the purpose of which was to induce Internet users, including military personnel taking part in the special military operation, to commit an uprising in order to stop participating in that operation, which the court regarded as activity directed against the security of the Russian Federation.
