Case summary

Resident of Lyubertsy (Moscow region). Candidate of Technical Sciences, engaged in tutoring, played basketball. A case was opened against him on calls for activities against the security of the Russian Federation because of statements about the need to destroy the Crimean bridge. Presumably, he was assigned a preventive measure not allowing him to use the Internet. On 5 September 2025, Ter-Arutyunov was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony.
